This allows us to get full effect of the 2 set bonus outside of the normal means of proccing it. Marksmanship Hunter's tier set is rather strong with the 2 piece set bonus causing Trick Shots to increase the spell in affects to deal 30% increased damage, and the 4 piece set bonus causing trick shots to proc after spending 40 focus. In 9.2 Blizzard are returning the much beloved tier sets, and with that adds a wrinkle to how you'll want to plan out your gearing. You should craft both legendaries with Versatility Mastery and put Craven Strategem on chest and Unity on Ring.

It isn't really a stand-out legendary, but the 10% CC reduction on it with the stats proc lining up with Freezing Trap make this a decent legendary to craft if you're just starting hunter and don't have access to other legendary patterns and have soul ash to burn. Sephuz's Proclamation: This is the last useful legendary for PvP. This helps even out the rotation allowing Aimed Shot and Arcane Shot to not be the only 2 spells doing all of our damage, and gives Double Tap more choices in which spell to use it on. Surging Shots: This is our best damage legendary. This is very potent for both Venthyr and Necrolords, but as Kyrian and Night Fae it loses a lot of value. Unity will be our new baseline legendary since it isn't able to be replaced. You will craft this on your chest piece for the primary stat. This also assists us with getting Revive Pet off so we don't have to Aspect of the Turtle to get our pet back. Due to how similar it is to Survival Tactics, this allows us to spec out of it in favor of other honor talents. It's a better version of Survival Tactics, being able to remove more types of DoTs and doesn't proc the damage from Unstable Affliction dispel or Vampiric Touch Fear.

These are my rankings for the legendaries for Marksmanship Hunter PvP.Ĭraven Strategem: This is our strongest legendary. I personally tend to lean towards Haste, even as Necrolord and Kyrian and not just Venthyr due to the how smooth is makes the gameplay. This build is recommended with Venthyr since getting more ticks for kill Kill Shot procs from Flayed Shot is very strong. The Haste stat priority aims to have more consistent damage by allowing our damage easier to get off and helps with Focus regeneration and the Global Cooldown. I recommend this build if playing Kyrian since it revolves around burst already so trying to make it stronger is good. The Mastery stat priority goes for bigger hits on all of our abilities and overall more burst, but makes getting off our damage harder due to low Haste we will have with this build. Marksmanship Hunters has two different stat priorities you can go for: Agility>Versatility>Mastery>Haste>Critical Strike or Agility>Versatility>Haste>Mastery>Critical Strike.
